My program is called transformation because in just 12 weeks your body will be transformed!

How is the 12 week Transformation Program Different?

All workouts are based upon a training principle called “periodization”. Simply put, this is a way of organizing and varying your training program to bring about optimal gains in the shortest amount of time.

You've already tried “stand alone” workouts. These are effective for keeping you healthy IF you do them consistently but not effective for creating any real change in your body. Ineffective because they do not have the organized structure or contain a long term master plan.

With your 12 Week Transformation Program I lead you through a comprehensive, well planned, 12 wk training program that will vary every few weeks to constantly offer new stimuli to keep your body adapting and reacting.  No plateaus!


In most Private Training Programs you are left to wonder what to do on your days off from training. I’ve solved that problem for you! You can attend any of my 18+ Group Bootcamps for FREE- For the entire 12 weeks of your Transformation Program.

Can you tell me what the structure is like for the 12 weeks?

The Foundation The first 3 weeks are the foundation for your transformation ..Its so crucial to your success and I know of no gym and very few Personal Trainers that take the time to do the evaluations necessary to achieve real results. You'll work hard 3x a week for 3 weeks focused on conditioning your muscles, joints and tendons...Then its time to let the muscles recover. You'll take a 1 week break from strength training but you will continue to attend the FREE BOOTCAMPS! You'll be working out but no lifting! Muscles need rest & repair time! Plan on attending at least 3 of my BootCamp classes for free! This is also a mental break- you'll come back stronger and more committed!

Come back Even Stronger!
You'll work hard 3x a week again for 3 weeks. This time our focus shifts to building some muscle- that means we turn your body into a 24/7 fat burning machine! Then its time to let the muscles recover again for 1 week.

Come back 1 more time leaner & meaner than ever!
You'll work hard 3x a week again for 3 weeks. This time our focus shifts to sculpting your body - you get to help design your perfect body! We'll also be getting you ready to maintain your incredible results-
